1. Laser Engraving:

   • What materials can be laser engraved?
     • We can engrave on a variety of materials including: Wood, select glass, powder coated metal, slate, leather, acrylic, and more.
   • Is there a size limit for items that can be engraved?
     • Our laser bed is 24" x 39". We are also limited by how large what you'd like to be engraved is.

2. Embroidery:

   • What types of fabrics are best suited for embroidery?
     • We can embroider a variety of polos, sweatshirts, hoodies, and hats.
   • How many colors can you include in an embroidered design?
     • Up to 15 colors can be included in a design.

3. Leather Patches:

   • Can you create patches with custom shapes or logos?
     • We can!
   • Are the leather patches durable for outdoor use?
     • All of our patches are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

4. T-Shirt Designs:

   • Do you offer different T-shirt styles and colors for custom printing?
     • We offer a variety of shirt styles and options, though depending on artwork and print there may be a limitation on select shirts .
   • Can I order just one T-shirt, or is there a minimum quantity?
     • We don't have a minimum quantity on T-shirt prints, though we offer discount for bulk purchases.

5. UV Printing:

   • What surfaces are compatible with UV printing?
     • A large selection of surfaces are able to be printed on, including: Wood, Cork, Metal, Glass, Marble/Tile, and more.
     • Our print bed is 20" x 28"

6. Decal Printing:

   • Are the decals weatherproof or suitable for outdoor use?
   • Can you make decals in custom shapes and sizes?
     • We generally make Circular, Oval, Square and Rectangle based decals, though we can make select shapes on request.

Ordering and Pricing Questions

1. How do I place an order for a custom product?

   • If you're looking to get a custom design embroidered, engraved, or printed, please select one of our 'custom design' selections under each category. From there, you'll upload either text or an image detailing what you'd like.

     After we receive your order, we'll be in contact clarifying design details and make sure you have a final look before we craft your design.

2. Can I get a quote before confirming my order?
   • During all stages of the design process, we'll offer quotes before orders are confirmed.
3. Are there additional fees for rush orders?

4. Do you offer discounts for large orders?
   • We offer a scaling flat discount for large orders.

Shipping and Pickup

1. Do you offer shipping for custom orders?
   • We have a variety of shipping options for custom orders.
2. Can I pick up my custom product in-store?
   • You can!

1. What is your policy for cancellations or changes to custom orders?
   • If your order has already been completed, we will not accept cancellations or changes.
2. What should I do if I’m not satisfied with my custom product?

   • During the design process, we'll email, text, or call with you to work and finalize the design. All designs are signed off by you. All custom orders are non-refundable.
